Key Responsibilites:
Clinical & Nursing Operations
- Oversee daily nursing operations and ensure high-quality patient care.
- Develop, implement, and review nursing policies and procedures.
- Supervise and support the nursing team, ensuring adherence to ethical and professional standards.
- Monitor and manage patient care plans in collaboration with healthcare professionals.
Staff Leadership & Development
- Lead, mentor, and provide training for the nursing team.
- Plan and oversee workforce management, including recruitment and scheduling.
- Conduct staff performance evaluations and implement improvement initiatives.
Quality Assurance & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and infection control protocols.
- Conduct audits and quality assessments to improve care services.
- Address and resolve nursing-related concerns, incidents, and complaints.
Resident & Family Engagement
- Act as a liaison between residents, families, and the healthcare team.
- Provide guidance and support to families regarding care plans.
- Enhance patient satisfaction through effective communication and engagement.
Strategic Planning & Continuous Improvement
- Assist in developing strategies to improve patient care and operational efficiency.
- Stay updated on geriatric and psychiatric care advancements.
- Contribute to budgeting and resource allocation for nursing initiatives.
Qualifications and Eligibility
- Bachelor Degree in Nursing
- Advanced qualifications in nursing management, geriatric, or psychiatric care is preferred.
- Extensive experience in geriatric care, mental health, or long-term care settings.
- Strong background in managing nursing teams
